Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

We are looking for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to manage the maintenance processes of our industrial facility in Antalya. We are looking for a teammate who will carry out planned maintenance activities, provide solutions by performing fault analysis, who is experienced in CNC machines and mechanical systems, has used ERP, speaks English well, is prone to teamwork and can adapt to the intense tempo.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring that maintenance activities are carried out efficiently and effectively,
• Preparing planned maintenance and periodic maintenance plans
• Planning and carrying out periodic maintenance of systems by carrying out studies to improve machine performance,
• Regularly keeping, monitoring and renewing maintenance, repair and facility and settlement records,
• Providing suggestions for methodological and systematic solutions to eliminate malfunctions by analyzing the malfunctions that occur,
• Ensuring coordination between the Mechanical Maintenance department and other departments,
• Following up the quality management system documents related to maintenance and repair and ensuring their compliance.

Required Skills

• Graduated from Mechanical Engineering departments of universities,
• At least 3 years of experience in the management of maintenance and repair of industrial production facilities,
• Preferably experienced with CNC controlled machines,
• High technical command of hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical failures,
• Experience in drawing technical drawings, reading and interpreting projects,
• Experience in technical failure analysis,
• Good command of English,
• Preferably worked with ERP module,
• Able to keep up with intense work tempo,
• Able to adapt to teamwork, high communication skills.
• Residing in Antalya,
• Completed military service for male candidates,
