We are looking for team members who will actively participate in the establishment of systems, creation of required processes (especially quality control processes), implementation, maintenance, improvement, and development according to the standards of ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and IATF 16949.

Responsibilities

• Graduated from Industrial Engineering departments of universities,
• Fresh graduate or preferably at least 2 years of experience in the field,
• Proficient in English,
• Ability to use programs like MS Office, Visio, ERP, etc.

Required Skills

• Candidates with 2 Years of Experience

  • Preferably at least 1 year of experience in a similar role in production departments of electronics or automotive companies,
  • Preferably experienced in different processes (machining, welding, assembly, electrical),
  • Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC is an advantage,
  • Strong communication and presentation skills for customers, suppliers, and internal organizations,

• Fresh Graduate Candidates

  • High proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings,
  • Knowledge of measurement systems,
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
  • Knowledge of lean production.
